Control Charts are “In Control”
Watershed Idea Foundry’s capabilities are not only precise on a single build, but are as impressively consistent across serial production runs. The above data represents 20 serial builds on our Renishaw 500Q, each with 8 unique, worst case physical measurements per run. Additionally, the measurements were taken after post processing. This demonstrates that not only is Watershed’s Additive Manufacturing production printer “in-control” per internal statistical control charts, but so are Watershed’s post processing methods.
